Bar is a PhD candidate in the field of political economy at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Bar previously worked as an economist in the Tax Department of PwC, as well as an intern at the European Investment Bank. Bar holds an M.A. in International Relations and a B.A. in Economics and International Relations, both from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
